Pine Belt Therapy Services is currently a private-pay practice while we complete the credentialing process with several insurance providers. In the meantime, we can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, and we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network benefits.
We are currently in the process of becoming in-network with:
• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi
• UnitedHealthcare

Life happens! We know your family comes first and vacations are a great opportunity to practice the skills learned in therapy. We are firm believers that while therapy is important, life does not and should not revolve around therapy. We simply ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. We’ll do our best to reschedule so your child doesn’t miss valuable progress. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $50 fee. No shows will be charged full session amount.

Pine Belt Therapy Services is currently exclusively mobile (meaning, we come to you!) but we hope to have a clinic space very soon.

Sessions are commonly one hour, once per week. However, every child’s needs are unique, so frequency and duration may look different depending on your child’s goals, progress, and family schedule. We’ll work together to find the plan that best supports your child.

Yes! At Pine Belt Therapy Services, we provide pediatric feeding therapy using a sensory-based approach. Many feeding challenges are related to how a child processes sensory information such as texture, smell, taste, and appearance of food. Therapy is play-based and child-led, and focuses on helping children build comfort, reduce aversions, and expand food variety in a positive, low-pressure environment.

We generally work with clients ages 0-18 years old!

Occupational therapy is a licensed healthcare service that requires an evaluation, treatment plan, and state licensure. Coaching is non-medical support that focuses on education, routines, and strategies. Pine Belt offers both, and we’ll work together to decide what’s the best fit for your family.
