About Pine Belt Therapy Services
Pine Belt Therapy Services provides pediatric occupational and feeding therapy to support families in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and surrounding areas. PBT was founded by Dr. Reagan Mayberry, a Hattiesburg native and play enthusiast. At Pine Belt Therapy we believe in the power of PLAY. Children learn best through play which is why sessions with us are always play-based and child-led.
Sessions may be held in your home, at your child’s school, at the park, or wherever is most beneficial for your child. We work with children 0-18 years on a variety of goals including:

Meet The OT!
Reagan Mayberry, OTD, OTR/L
Hi! I'm Reagan and I am the occupational therapist and owner of Pine Belt Therapy Services. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Sciences and Autism Studies from Utah Valley University and hold a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University. I have experience treating children aged 5 months to 18 years in a variety of settings and with a multitude of diagnoses and goals. I was born and raised in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and am thrilled to be back home serving the community I love.
I love chocolate milk, thrift stores, Legos, brunch, Jesus… and of course, OT. Anyone who has ever spent more than 14 seconds with me knows that I LOVE my job. Occupational therapy is more than just my 9–5; it’s who I am. I often find myself getting teary-eyed over the progress my patients make, because there is no such thing as a “tiny win.” EVERY win is a victory!
I often joke that I knew I wanted to be an occupational therapist before I even knew what OT was. That is in large part because of my Aunt Julie.
When I was a kid, I honestly don’t know if I noticed anything different about her. She is kind and capable and funny as can be. She is silly and sassy, brave and beautiful and bright. She helped me sound out the words in my bedtime stories, gave me piggyback rides past the dogs I was terrified of, and showed me what it means to live with joy and compassion. Julie helped me understand very young what it means to include and accept people who are a little different. I truly believe that ninety percent of who I am is because of who Julie is. Though I first learned about OT in my 20s, it has always been a part of me.
Pine Belt Therapy Services was born from that same belief I’ve carried since childhood: that every child - every person - is capable, worthy, and full of potential. My job is to support kids and families in finding the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to thrive! Not just in therapy sessions, but in real life!
Therapy with me isn’t quiet, stiff, or one-size-fits-all. You will not catch me with worksheets or rigid exercise plans. We are crawling on the floor, singing silly songs, and meeting each child exactly where they are. Progress can be bumpy and unpredictable, but every step is worth celebrating my little besties.
If you're looking for a provider who will celebrate your child’s progress like it’s a Super Bowl win, cry happy tears right along with you, and bring equal parts heart, humor, and hustle to every session, I’m your girl!
